Velocity Training (VTES™) was founded in 2014. All training materials, lessons, quizzes, exams, documents, media, and website content are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is prohibited. Last updated: September 20, 2025
Ownership & Scope
Unless otherwise noted, all content available through velocitytrained.com, our Virtual Campus at vtes.digitalchalk.com, and our safety catalog at vtes.otsystems.net (together, the “Services”) is owned by Velocity Training, LLC (VTES™) and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

- Trademarks include without limitation: Velocity Training, VTES, and related logos, course names, and badges.
Limited License to Students & Customers
When you enroll, VTES grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased course(s) for the stated access period. This license is solely for your individual study.
- No resale, sublicensing, or public display.
- No copying, downloading, printing, photographing, scraping, screen-recording, or redistributing any course content, including lessons, quiz items, exam questions, explanations, PDFs, or videos.
- No use of bots or automated tools to capture, mirror, or archive content.
Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by VTES.
Account Security & Sharing Prohibited
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing, selling, or lending your account or otherwise providing access to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
- Immediate ejection without refund for sharing content, credentials, or answer banks.
- Access termination across all VTES Services and future enrollment blocks.
- Investigation & evidence preservation (we may log IP/MAC information, session times, and device/browser signatures to protect the integrity of our programs).
- Legal remedies: to the fullest extent permitted by law, VTES may seek injunctive relief, monetary damages (including lost profits and investigation costs), and attorneys’ fees against individuals or organizations engaged in misappropriation or facilitating exam item theft.
Prohibited Conduct (Examples)
- Reproducing, posting, or distributing any VTES lesson, quiz, or test items to forums, social media, chat groups, or shared drives.
- Recording screens/lectures, transcribing items, or using plug-ins to export question banks or explanations.
- Providing your credentials to coworkers, friends, or hiring managers, or logging in for others.
- Buying/selling “study dumps,” answer keys, or any VTES content (including derivative works).
Classroom & Corporate Materials
Classroom slide decks, handouts, assignments, and pre-class/post-class materials are likewise copyrighted works. They may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission. Corporate training clients receive only the internal use rights explicitly stated in their agreements.
Trademarks & Fair Use Guidelines
- Do not alter or combine VTES marks with other marks, or use them in product names, social handles, or domains.
- When referencing VTES in text (e.g., news or reviews), use the full name “Velocity Training (VTES™)” on first mention.
- Third-party marks (e.g., API®, AWS®, Prometric®) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Reporting Infringement (DMCA)
If you believe your work has been used on our Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, send a written notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to our designated agent:

Enforcement & Remedies
VTES may suspend or terminate access, remove content, restrict future purchases, and pursue civil remedies and/or refer matters to law enforcement where appropriate. We may also cooperate with certification bodies to protect exam integrity.
Nothing here limits any other rights or remedies available to VTES at law or in equity.
