Q: Do you offer refunds for online courses?

Because access is immediate and irrevocable, refunds are generally not provided. In documented, extreme extenuating circumstances, we may place your training on hold and allow a later resume for a $50 administrative fee.

Q: What is the classroom cancellation window?

No refunds are available within 30 days of the published classroom start date. Earlier than 30 days, administrative and/or materials access charges may apply, and conversions to an online course of equal value may be offered.

Q: If Velocity Training cancels a classroom class, what happens?

You may choose a 100% refund (typically within 7–10 business days) or transfer to another confirmed date/location at no fee. After transfer, refunds are not available.

Q: Can I switch to an online course to avoid a fee?

Often yes. Depending on timing and whether pre-class materials were sent, you can convert to an online course of equal value to avoid certain fees.

This Refund Policy applies to all online courses, classroom courses, pre-registrations, and any other training products provided by Velocity Training Education Solutions, LLC (“Velocity Training”). By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

6) Classroom Course Refunds

When you submit a registration for a scheduled classroom offering, we reserve your seat and may adjust venue commitments. Payments are processed within 24 hours. The following rules apply:

If Velocity Training cancels

You may choose a 100% refund (typically issued within 7–10 business days) or transfer to another confirmed class date/location at no fee. After you transfer, refunds are not available.

If you cancel

Within 30 days of the published class start: no refund. You may convert to a 7-day online course at no additional cost.
More than 30 days before the published class start: refund less a 20% administrative charge. If pre-class study materials were sent before we receive your request, refund less a 50% materials access charge. Alternatively, you may convert to a 60-day online course of equal value to avoid the fee.
No-shows without timely written notice: not eligible for a refund or conversion.
Transfers you initiate to another classroom date/location do not entitle you to a refund or a conversion to an online program and may incur fees as stated.
